It’s not therapy, it’s better.
Why work with me?
Multiplier effect
I’ve learned from the best, literally hundreds of Founders, CEOs and other C-suite leaders. I think that’s better than a handful of peers.
Listening and distilling have always been my superpowers.
I thrive in the hypothetical and abstract. I live to develop, design and improve almost anything.
Action bias
Like you, I put a premium on efficiency. Time is money. Hence no programmatic approach, just what’s needed.
Steeped in people and performance consulting
The conversation is always outcome-based. Where do you need to get to?
Focus on what’s really keeping you up at night.
I know, it’s not the technical, it’s the ambiguity, competing interests, the dilemmas.

About me
For close to 30 years, I have sat across the table from literally hundreds of Founders, CEOs and other C-suite leaders listening to their stories, their trials, tribulations and triumphs. Not all of their hard-earned lessons will be found in a textbooks, hence I am grateful to have been privy to their insights and more personal journeys.
Per my competencies list, I’m off the charts in adaptability, conceptual and futuristic thinking and problem solving. I thrive in the hypothetical and abstract where I see patterns and make connections. I live to develop, design and improve almost anything. Problem solving, from diagnosis to final solution is my sweet spot. I confess, I have an action bias and respond well to change. But number one on the list – building rapport and relating to and communicating with all kinds of people.
People and performance consulting have been my bread and butter. Sure, we can talk shop. Here it will always be about efficacy and outcomes; where do you need to get to. But it’s not the technical stuff you’re going to call me about.
My real value is in being able to navigate the gnarly challenges keeping you up at night.
Bottom line:
